Sinopec and Saudi Aramco Establish $4 Billion Joint Venture

China's Sinopec has partnered with Aramco Asia Singapore, a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, to form a $4 billion joint venture named Fujian Sinopec Aramco Refining and Petrochemical Co. This venture aims to enhance operations in the Gulei Port Economic Development Zone, focusing on port operations and crude oil transportation.
